She is also the relationship and sex blogger for Charleston Grit, and writes a lifestyle blog, "Stilettos Not Required." Her love of the stories behind food led to a second podcast, "Hidden F&B" highlighting the hidden heroes of the food and beverage scene and she's the president of the Charleston chapter of Les Dames d'Escoffier, an international organization of juicy women in the food and bev industry. Helen comes from a long line of "Juicies" who step up, step out, but never step back.
